Hector is a stage manager from Los Angeles, California. Through his experiences in stage management and production management, he’s learned that open and collaborative relationships between all working parties make up the core of a successful production process. He has worked at theaters such as the La Jolla Playhouse, Syracuse Stage, The Independent Shakespeare Company, and the Atlantic Theater Company. He was also chosen as one of the two non-performance majors to participate in Sorkin Week, a program created by Syracuse alum Aaron Sorkin. This program introduces SU Drama students to the television and film industry in Los Angeles.
Hector takes great joy in being a calming and supportive presence who fosters a productive, creative, and safe environment for artists to tell their stories. Some other areas of interest include traveling, television and film, and the Los Angeles Dodgers.
