Harlow Arcaro is a digital freelance illustrator and concept artist from Syracuse NY. He was born on Jan 5th, 2000. Harlow originally studied Illustration at SUNY Oswego. After 2 years there, he made the decision to transfer to Syracuse University in Fall of 2020 to continue pursuing the degree under a better program. His work is mostly character and environment based and all pieces are digital. Sci-fi, fantasy and nature are big themes in his pieces and they often intersect.
