Robert John Andrusko is an assistant teaching professor in the theater design and technology program who teaches a variety of courses focusing on drafting, 3D CAD, digital rendering, intro level theater design courses, and scenic design.

Andrusko served as a part-time instructor for the theater design and technology program since 2007, not only teaching but helping develop classes for the program, including professional practices and the aforementioned digital rendering. Prior to joining Syracuse University, he was an adjunct faculty member in the theatre design and technology program at the State University of New York College at Purchase from 2001-11, where he taught CAD and Independent Studies in Scenic Design.

Outside of academia, Andrusko has worked on productions for Broadway, U.S. national tours, regional theaters, summer stock, corporate theater, live events, theme parks television and, internationally, on the West End in London.

Andrusko received a B.F.A. in scenic design from the State University of New York College at Purchase in 1990.
