Anneka Herre is an artist, art educator, and curator.
Her work has been shown at Chicago Filmmakers, Nightingale Cinema, the Children's Museum of Pittsburgh, and the Everson Museum of Art. She has taught part-time since 2009, and teaches interdisciplinary studio classes and critical theory for photo majors. She is also the director for Light Work's public media art program, Urban Video Project, which projects the work of experimental filmmakers and video artists from around the world onto the facade of the iconic Everson Museum of Art in downtown Syracuse.
