Leslie Noble has taught acting, directing, and clown and has conducted clown and physical comedy workshops for several colleges and universities, including Bucknell University, SUNY Oswego, McGill University, and Hamilton College. She was a teaching artist for the Central New York Aesthetic Education Institute for many years.

Noble is a member of Actors’ Equity Association and has performed regionally as an actress (including for Syracuse Stage) and internationally with Gams on the Lam, a clown theater company she co-founded in 1993. Her directing credits include Mad Forest and Reckless for Le Moyne College; The Girls for Full Cast Audio Books; The Woman in the Blue Dressfor Syracuse Stage; and for the Department of Drama she has directed The Red Sun and the Green Moon, Servant of Two Masters, and Street Scene. She can be heard nightly on Syracuse public television as the “station voice” for WCNY-TV.
