Rossi is a southern Italian independent filmmaker born and raised in Puglia and spent 15 years in Tuscany (Sienna) to work and study arts, cinema, and theater at the University of Sienna.

After several years broadcasting in Europe, he started a new adventure in the U.S. attending VPA’s M.F.A. program in film in 2014. His projects have been screened in Milan, Bilbao, Florence, Siena, Sicily, New York State, and Michigan.
