Dillon Hupp joined VPA in February 2023 and serves as the associate director for Development in the Office of Advancement.

Prior to coming to Syracuse University, Hupp served as the executive director of the ACANSA Arts Festival, a multi-disciplinary performing arts Festival held annually in Little Rock and North Little Rock, Arkansas. He also previously was the finance director and executive director of the Democratic Party of Arkansas.
