Two College of Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) graduate students were among the 35 teaching assistants recognized by the Graduate School for outstanding work and valued contributions to the educational experience at Syracuse University: Evan Bode G’23, Department of Film and Media Arts, and Kerry Mess G’23, Department of Communication and Rhetorical Studies. Outstanding Teaching Assistants are honored for excellence in their work as classroom teachers, laboratory or studio instructors and recitation or discussion section leaders, and for assisting faculty members who teach high-enrollment courses.
