Artist Statement

As a highly sensitive person processes a wealth of information, including emotions, thoughts, and sensory inputs, they receive intense stimulation from their environment. Drawing on this concept, I crafted a dense, intricate community depicted in a board game that visualizes the complex information sensitive individuals perceive. This seek-and-find game, suitable for one to five players, challenges participants to discover various items, with the victor being the one who identifies the most. Designed to engage highly sensitive children, the game not only entertains but also fosters independent creative problem-solving, cooperation, and concentration skills, providing a valuable foundation for their development.
