Artist Statement

My chapter book follows the journey of a potter finding her own visual language as an artist. Throughout the story, young readers are invited to the world of ceramics, learning about its process and techniques, and encouraged to find their original creative voice. In this story of self-discovery and creativity, readers are empowered to express themselves authentically.
