The videos I create are constructed largely of the mundane; sitting with friends at a park, holding a lover’s hand, selfies, dogs, etc. It is only in their joining through the forced hand of AI that synchronicities appear: repeating colors, flesh tones, faces, familiar shapes, fabric, hair. What is discovered through this amalgamation reveals that which I seek to curate in excess in the purest aesthetic sense. This information is revealed to the public via hallucinatory culmination. Ultimately, with my work I engage in self curation with the assistance of a technological hand. The result of this collaboration reveals itself as hallucinatory videos that offer only slight glimpses towards something that could be described as “resolution”.
