Fifth-year graduating seniors in the School of Design’s industrial and interaction design (IID) presented their senior thesis work to the public at the end of the Spring 2017 semester. In addition to an exhibition, students in the program created a website, www.suiid.com, to showcase the self-guided projects, which they worked on throughout the 2016-17 academic year. Portfolio and contact information is also provided for each student.
According to the students’ site, “The work here demonstrates how a future not of good, but great design is already within our grasp–so long as we appreciate the beauty of seeing the world with fresh eyes.”
