Karina Campos

Class of 2017 (Fifth-Year Senior)

I’m Karina, a fifth-year industrial and interaction design major and psychology minor from Connecticut. Last summer, I was a design fellow for Be Original Americas, where I spent seven weeks touring various design facilities and companies and learning hands on about the process of creating original products from concept development, to manufacturing, sales and distribution, to promotion and marketing. I was also co-director and co-designer of the downtown billboard series “We Are Syracuse” that highlighted people and places making a difference in the community. I am the vice president of the Industrial Design Student Associate (IDSA) Syracuse chapter, and I have studied abroad in the London. I am extremely passionate about design and understanding the human mind.
