You can learn more about graduate programs in the College of Visual and Performing Arts by visiting campus or attending one of our off-campus events.
Visiting VPA and Syracuse
We encourage everyone who is interested in learning more about VPA's graduate programs, facilities, and community to schedule a campus visit with the Office of Recruitment and Admissions by emailing email@example.com. Visitors have the opportunity to receive information on programs and application procedures, visit studios and workspaces, and interact with current graduate students. Please contact us at least one week before you plan to visit to ensure student and faculty availability.
Graduate Portfolio Days
Students applying to our master of fine arts (M.F.A.) degree programs can meet with faculty at select Graduate Portfolio Days. Information on events at which VPA will be represented will be posted here when available.
Sometimes, exceptional applicants at the Graduate Portfolio Days are awarded application fee waivers. If you are interested, please make sure you visit our table at the Graduate Portfolio Days. Please note that outside of our portfolio day events, we do not award application fee waivers based on need or merit. SU does, however, waive the fee for undergraduate McNair scholars; contact the Office of Research, Graduate Studies, and Internationalization for more information.
The Setnor School of Music holds in-person auditions both on campus and in select cities across the country. For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
