The semester has officially ended; Everyone is leaving their dorms and apartments, packing up and heading out for the year. Things are in a mass form of disarray, as my apartment has half-packed boxes strewn throughout the two floors. Tomorrow, I will be moving all my boxes into a cozy little storage unit (fingers crossed that it all fits!), and then spending some time with the family for two weeks before coming back to Syracuse. After those two weeks, I will be back to move in to an apartment off campus, and I then I will be settled into a new place, new home.
Also, this summer I am lucky enough to have the opportunity to work at the Warehouse Gallery, which is going to be amazing. The Warehouse Gallery brings in artists to show their work making it a great resource for students to be able to see big-name shows locally. Although I have been itching to get home and get some quality down-time, I actually am really psyched to be back in Syracuse and get that experience of working in a gallery setting.
Now back to packing!
