Jelena Simonovic is currently teaching at the Isidor Bajic Music High School in her native Novi Sad, Serbia and Montenegro, where she also oversees the management program of the 2004 Isidor Bajic Piano Memorial Festival. A graduate of Syracuse University, where Jelena earned her master of music degree in piano performance, Ms. Simonovic is currently completing the second year graduate courses in piano performance at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, where she is an honorary assistant in the academy’s keyboard department. Her duties include teaching courses in sight-reading, history of pianism, and chamber music.
