Meet Us

We offer both on- and off-campus opportunities for you to learn more about the Department of Transmedia. Some of the dates and places listed below also give you the opportunity to have a portfolio review, a requirement for students applying to the Department of Transmedia. Please refer to our sections on Portfolio Requirements and Portfolio Preparation to see specific portfolio guidelines.

Please note: If you are submitting a media-specific portfolio for art video, computer art, or film you may either submit by mail or, if you visit in person, please be prepared to leave a copy of the portfolio with us. Art photography applicants do not need to leave a copy of their portfolio. Please refer to our section on Submitting Your Portfolio for more information. Please also note that slides, videotapes, computer disks, and scripts will only be reviewed in person on selected dates. See below for more information.
