Biography:
His teaching interests lie in the areas of interpersonal and family communication. His specific area of research is in the convoluted communication systems of families attempting to cope with compulsive behavior (e.g. alcoholism, eating disorders, violence). He has published articles in Family Process, Western Journal of Speech Communication, and Journal of Managerial Communication.
