The Office of Financial Affairs is comprised of the assistant dean for financial affairs, payroll specialist, accounting clerk, and administrative specialist.

Ro handles all financial reports for the dean, Vice Chancellor, Board of Trustees, Office of Budget and Planning, Office of Human Resources, Comptroller’s Office, Bursar’s Office, Contract and Sponsored Accounting; oversees the entire financial operation within the college; troubleshoots problems for departments that staff can’t handle; disburses program fees to departments; approves expenses; and covers the responsibilities of financial staff when not available.
Lisa Shute
Payroll specialist

Lisa handles all aspects of payroll for students, faculty, and staff; inputs hiring and search proposals for staff; keeps track of work study student grants; keeps a log of leave accruals for staff; and creates appointment letters for returning full-time faculty and staff.
Marie Luther
Accounting clerk

Marie handles all aspects of accounting practices, such as reconciling dean’s unrestricted chartstrings and expenses ordered; deposits for tape rentals in music and other areas within the college; and FAST entry for financials only.
Betsy Henderson
Senior administrator

Betsy works for both the Offices of Financial Affairs and Academic Affairs. She handles contracts for new faculty only and part-time faculty; is the go-to person regarding part-time union agreements; and reconciles and approves restricted, endowed, and sponsored chartstrings.
