Office of the Dean
The Office of the Dean is the gateway to the college.
Office of Academic Affairs
The Office of Academic Affairs is committed to offering a supportive and enabling environment for all faculty members in the college. We offer a broad range of services in support of faculty teaching, research, and professional development.
Office of Advancement
The objective of the Office of Advancement is to establish relationships with alumni, friends, and industry professionals who will support the College of Visual and Performing Arts’ mission and actively engage in a meaningful way with the college.
Office of Communications
The Office of Communications is responsible for the main internal and external communication vehicles of the College of Visual and Performing Arts.
Office of Financial Affairs
The Office of Financial Affairs is comprised of the assistant dean for financial affairs, payroll specialist, accounting clerk, and administrative specialist.
Office of Recruitment and Admissions
The Office of Recruitment and Admissions in the College of Visual and Performing Arts is responsible for the recruiting function for all prospective VPA undergraduate students and also for the admission of transfers both internal and external.
Office of Research and Graduate Studies
The Office of Research and Graduate Studies has two main functions: facilitating the research aims of faculty and coordinating the recruitment, admission, and academic life of graduate students. It is our mission to connect faculty and graduate students to resources in the college and university at large.

The College of Visual and Performing Arts’ Office of Student Affairs is comprised of both undergraduate and graduate offices.
Information Technology Group
The Information Technology Group (ITG) supports the College of Visual and Performing Arts’ technological needs efficiently and effectively.
