Nan Wang is a digital artist working on interactive programs as well as 2D and 3D computer graphics.
After receiving a bachelor’s degree in engineering in China, Wang came to America to start her study in fine art. The transitions from science to art, from Eastern to Western culture, make her think a lot about the globalization of technology and culture. She is especially interested in exploring the connections among images, languages, cultures, technology, and politics. In her work, she tries to provide different possibilities to different social issues through the combination of art and technology.
