Dan Campis has worked in the TV/film industry for the past eight years. His philosophy as a filmmaker can only be described as a “jack-of-all-trades” approach.
Beginning his career as a grip/electric technician, he has moved through the ranks vigorously, holding editorial positions, boom operator positions, camera positions, and ultimately producer titles on independent projects featuring talent such as Viggo Mortensen and Jesse Eisenberg.
Campis graduated with a B.F.A from Syracuse University in 2008 and was a VPA Scholar. He continues to pursue film opportunities and currently has two projects in development that are slated to shoot in the Central New York area.
