Research Interests
Dr. Jensen is the former Director of the Speech Communication Department. He teaches courses in small group, organizational, and interpersonal communication. His research focuses on the relationship between forms of communication and individual and communal identities, as well as historical evolution of interpersonal communication practices. He has co-authored three textbooks, including Interpersonal Communication, and Small Group Communication. He has also written several articles and book chapters.
