Hannah Lee's personal work stems from a narrative impulse, capturing fragments of life that are sometimes forgotten and showing reference to the fleeting moments we often overlook. Her influences vary stylistically and are broad conceptually. Her fascination with "Outsider Art" has led her to a passion and joy for painting with and learning from those with developmental dissabilities. Over the past several years she has consistently worked to help these talented artists express themselves through painting and drawing.
The Visiting Artist Lecture Series is presented by the School of Art. The lecture is free and open to the University community.
