The exhibition features 11 large-scale panoramic photographs shot by the artist between 2001 and 2016 using the antique rotating ‘Cirkut’ camera manufactured from 1905 to 1949. These cameras can document up to 360 degrees, capturing the entirety of large groups within their environment.
Jamie Young has worked as a professional photographer for 40 years, shooting for Syracuse University, American Girl, Sundance Cinemas, and The New York Times, among others. He teaches photography at PrattMWP and wood/metal fabrication at the School of Design.
