It isn't actually a Communications Design project come to life, but it sure does looks like one. It's the "Baskin Robbins" of rice pudding, and definitely one of my favorite places to go in Manhattan. Located right outside of Little Italy, near the corner of Mulberry and Spring St, it's an amazing end to any New York City evening. Get this- they've got 20 flavors of rice pudding to choose from (everything from Sex Drugs and Rocky Road to Fluent in French Toast) and toppings like Toasted Buttery Pound Cake and Oatmeal Coconut Crumble.
What makes it seem like a Communications Design project is it's whimsical and modern design and the innovative concept of embracing the unhealthiness of their product in a health conscious society. Anti-diet signs inside read "If it's worth eating, it's worth over eating" and "No skinny (insert 5-letter b-word here)es."
